Ohio Revised Code 5739.092:  Visitor Bureau resources “…shall be used solely for tourism sales, marketing and promotion, and their associated costs, including operational and administrative costs of the bureau, sales and marketing, and maintenance of the physical bureau structure.” In addition, these resources can also be used “…to pay the costs of public safety services, an economic development project, or an infrastructure project, provided the services or project impact tourism.”  The full text can be found here:  https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5739.092
